1. History
ROF Edge Gym (originally established as Olympic Gym Poonjar) is the pioneering unisex fitness centre in Poonjar town, Kerala. Founded in 2010 by owner and head administrator Riju Mathew alongside co-owner Linta Riju, the facility holds the distinct honour of being the first gymnasium established in the locality. Over its sixteen years of operation, it has served as the central hub for local fitness enthusiasts, successfully training and transforming more than 5,000 members.

The gym is highly regarded for its competitive track record. Through active participation across various athletic tiers, the gym’s trainees, bodybuilders, and powerlifters have secured over 100 awards and titles. These accolades span:
